Human beings  are capable of  error:  Human awareness  is directed  by  Choice.  “Right”  Belief  is  True,  and  “Right” Choice  of  Action—  promotes Life. Political  “Right”  promotes Choice  in  Social Relations.  Lawful Government  is the  Social Organization  which  defends  Individual Rights—  defends  Individuals  from physical aggression,  threat of  violence,  and  fraud.  Individual Choices  are the  Fundamental  Human Activity  which  is protected  by  the voluntary cooperation of  citizens. Tyranny  is  Government  which  violates  Individual Choices—  by  military force  or  “Democratic”  oppression  of  the minority.  Gravity  is  ALWAYS,  and  EVERYwhere.  Civilization  is not  Inevitable.  Deliberate actions of  people  maintain  peaceful conditions  to  protect  Human Action.     Devastating  Deterrence of  Debtors!      Division of  Products:  Trade—  is  the  Social Benefit  of  more abundant Goods  produced by  Division of  Labor.  Value  does not  occur  in  Units.  Units of  Money  are  the Units  of  Exchange.  Sales Taxes  are  measured  and collected  on the benefit—  Civilized:  Sociable conditions.  Taxes  are  the Cost  paid  for  the  Division of  Labor—  to  Arrest  Violators  of  the Peace.  Limited Government  protects  Voluntary,  un-coerced,  Civilized relations.      The  FAIR TAX  is  an  attempt  to  shift  the burden  of  Taxation  from  producers,  to  those  who benefit  from the products.  Collection of  Sales Tax revenue  is alleged  to be  Regressive.  “Pre-Bates”  of  Tax revenue  are  based on  the number of  children  or  family members.  Pre-Bates  imply:  Charity  is  the  primary  Goal  of  Tax-funded—  Government activity:   “ From each  according to Ability,  to each  according to need.”      Perhaps  the disbursement  of  tax revenue  to large families  will reduce violent crime  and promote civilized relations.  “ Protection”  was a  family business  in many large cities.    Government  Creativity:  Ex-Nihilo?      How would you  Fare—  with the  FAIR TACKS?
